In that event, any acquirer will be subject to our obligations under this Privacy Policy, including Your rights to access and choice. We’ll notify You of the change either by sending You an email or posting a notice on our Website.
End User Information
7. Information We Collect about End Users
1. Information We Collect: When an End User uses a digital service that has the Service activated, the Service will send Us information which may include End User’s IP address, operating system, browser specifics, location and other similar information. By authorizing Us to receive this information, You warrant that the End User consents to collecting this information, used, disclosed, transferred to the European Union and stored by Us, as described in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. Information Storage: When the Snapshot of End User has been rendered and provided to You, We remove personally identifiable information from the request. We will store the Snapshot for a maximum of one hour, after which it will be irreversibly deleted. After the information sent to Us has been irreversibly stripped from personally identifiable information and all other information that could be used to link requests together, We may process, summarize and analyze permanently the resulting anonymoUs raw data.
3. Combining with Data from Your Databases: When rendering certain services, such as customer CRM integrations, We may handle information about End Users that is provided by You. It is Your responsibility to guarantee that when You give Us access to this information it happens in accordance with Your privacy policy and legal requirements.
8. Use and Disclosure of Your Personal Information
We never use or disclose personal information about End Users.
Due to technical limitations, We may momentarily have personal information about End Users in our systems, but We try our best to keep it as short-lived as possible.
9. Data Collected for and by our Users.
As You use our Services, You may import into our system personal information You have collected from Your End Users. We have no direct relationship with Your End Users, and You are responsible for making sure You have the appropriate permission for Us to collect and process information about those individuals. We may transfer personal information to companies that help Us provide our Services (“Service Providers.”) All Service Providers enter into a contract with Us that protects personal data and restricts their use of any personal data in line with this policy. As part of our Services, We may use and incorporate into features information You have provided or We have collected about End Users as Aggregate Information.
We’ll retain personal data We process on behalf of our Members for as long as needed to provide services to our Members or to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce our agreements.
